What are Gummy Candies?
The 1920s-era invention of German candy maker Hans Riegel, gummy candies are small, flavored confections that contain gelatin, glucose syrup, sugar, flavoring, citric acid and starch. To make the confections, the ingredients are heated and poured over starch before cooling and forming a gel-like consistency. Gummies come in many different shapes, sizes and flavors. Some are simply sweet treats, but others can be infused with anything from vitamins to plant-extracts such as CBD and CBDA.
What are CBD Gummies? 
CBD gummies are gelatin-based treats infused with cannabidiol. In the case of Tanasi’s 450mg gummies, the treats contain our patent-pending blend of CBD+CBDa, along with the full-spectrum of low-THC hemp extracts as well as sugar, corn syrup, xylitol, gelatin, citric acid and natural and artificial flavors. While there are a wide range of CBD gummies available on the market, we think ours are pretty great.

When you receive a CBD+CBDa gummy shipment from our online CBD store, you’ll notice that both the paper box and glass container jar are recyclable. Even better? The glass is made from recycled glass, and called second-use glass. The lid is made from recycled ocean plastic. The container’s equipped with a child-safety screw-top lid, to keep kids from getting into this candy-shaped dietary supplement.

The product packaging and the label both have QR codes that link directly to the product’s Certificate of Analysis, or COA.
Not sure what a COA entails, or why it’s important? Well, the certificate of analysis displays the results of a third-party lab test that outlines the exact mix of chemical compounds contained in, and what is not contained in your Tanasi CBD+CBDa product. All trustworthy brands should transparently display their products’ COAs. This is one of the best ways to know you’re buying an item that does not have harmful contaminants, and the potency test contains THC concentrations at or below the legal threshold of 0.3% THC by dry weight. It also helps ensure that your product contains the promised cannabinoids you seek, as with all Tanasi products are equal parts CBD+CBDa ingredient blend, and doesn’t contain any harmful additives or unnatural ingredients.
Also included in your leaflet are basic dosing instructions. (But remember that you need to find your own hemp extract routine, and also make sure that your supplementing is cleared by a healthcare professional who’s aware of all your other supplements, as well as any prescription or over-the-counter medications you may be taking.) Our suggested doses are based off of a weight range and your desired level of experience, running from mild to strong. But what we’ve found on our own hemp extract journeys is that finding the right-for-you dose takes time, patience and a bit of experimentation — even abstinence after trying for several days. And we’ve found our best results come from starting with a low dose, and gradually increasing the amounts we ingest from that point, if needed, until we notice our desired effects.
