This Privacy Policy describes how GreenWay Tanasi, LLC (“Tanasi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 315 Robert Rose Dr., Suite F, Murfreesboro, TN 37129, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit tanasi.com (the “Site”) or purchase our products. By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy and to our Terms & Conditions and Shipping & Return Policies, which are incorporated by reference.
1. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 21 years old to access this Site or purchase our products. If you are under 21, you are not permitted to use this Site for any reason. You must also be of the legal age required by your state to purchase our products, and it is your responsibility to know whether you may lawfully do so.
Our Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. 2. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. When you make a purchase, create an account, join Tanasi Rewards, subscribe to emails, leave a review, or contact customer service, we collect information such as your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, account credentials, order history, review content, and the contents of your communications with us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you interact with the Site, using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described in Section 4.
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from our payment processors, from Sezzle if you use buy-now-pay-later financing, and from advertising platforms that help us measure our marketing.
A note on health-related communications. If you contact us to report a problem or adverse event associated with one of our products, we collect the information you share with us in order to meet our product-safety and regulatory obligations. This information is handled with heightened care and retained as required by law.
3. How We Use Information
- To process and fulfill orders, returns, and refunds, and to provide customer service
- To administer your account and the Tanasi Rewards program
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notices) and, with your consent or as permitted by law, marketing emails
- To understand how the Site is used and improve our products, Site, and customer experience
- To detect and prevent fraud and to protect the security of the Site
- To comply with legal obligations, including product-safety reporting obligations that apply to dietary supplement companies
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use the following categories of technologies on the Site:
- Essential. Required to operate the Site — for example, keeping items in your cart and maintaining your login session. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics. Help us understand Site traffic and usage, including Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics and our e-commerce analytics provider. You can limit these through your browser settings.
- Advertising. Help us measure and improve our marketing, including the Meta (Facebook) pixel and other advertising pixels. You can limit ad personalization through your browser settings, industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info), and the settings offered by the relevant platforms.
Most browsers also allow you to block or delete cookies; doing so may affect Site functionality.
5. How We Share Information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only for the functions described below:
- Payment processing — to charge your payment method securely (including Sezzle, if you choose it)
- Shipping carriers — to deliver your orders
- Email platform — to send transactional and marketing email
- Order management and ERP systems — to manage orders, inventory, and customer records
- Analytics providers — to understand Site usage
- Advertising platforms — to measure and improve our marketing
- Rewards platform — to operate Tanasi Rewards
We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell your personal information. There is data known as “pixel data” that measures use from IP address and other details, and pixel data is contracted third-party data for tracking of website use.
6. Your Privacy Rights
We extend the following rights to all of our customers, regardless of your state of residence:

- Deletion — request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations

7. Email Marketing
If you subscribe to our emails or make a purchase, we may send you marketing emails about our products and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act. Transactional emails about your orders are sent regardless of marketing preferences. We do not send SMS or text-message marketing.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable precautions and follow industry practices to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Payment card information is transmitted using secure socket layer (SSL) technology with AES-256 encryption and processed through payment gateways that comply with PCI-DSS standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by applicable law, including Tennessee law.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy. In general, we retain order and transaction records for seven years. Records related to product-safety reports are retained for at least six years as required by federal law governing dietary supplements. Marketing preferences are retained until you unsubscribe. When you request deletion of your account, we delete or de-identify your information except where retention is required by law.
10. United States Only
The Site is intended for users located in the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not target or knowingly collect information from users outside the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we will provide notice on the Site or by email as required by law. Each published version is archived in our records.
