Welcome to tanasi.com (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by GreenWay Tanasi, LLC (“Tanasi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Tennessee limited liability company with its principal place of business at 315 Robert Rose Dr., Suite F, Murfreesboro, TN 37129.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and your purchase of any products offered through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Return Policies, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (21) years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site or purchase products. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Products; Regulatory Status
Products sold on the Site are hemp-derived products containing cannabidiol (CBD) and cannabidiolic acid (CBDA) derived from hemp as defined in 7 U.S.C. § 1639o.
Dietary supplements. Statements regarding our ingestible products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
Cosmetic products. Our topical products are marketed as cosmetics and are intended solely for external application.
State law. Laws governing hemp-derived products vary by state and may change. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction before ordering. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders shipping to jurisdictions where we determine sale or delivery is restricted.
3. Orders, Payment, and Pricing
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including orders that we suspect are fraudulent or placed for resale. Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
4. Shipping, Returns, and Money-Back Guarantee
Shipping terms, delivery expectations, our return process, and our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee are set out in our Shipping & Return Policies, incorporated into these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The Tanasi™ name, wordmark, logos, and all Site content (text, graphics, images, and software) are the property of GreenWay Tanasi, LLC, or are used under license, and are protected by U.S. trademark and copyright law.
Patent notice. Tanasi products embodying the licensed 1:1 CBD+CBDA formulation are covered by U.S. Patent No. 12,496,307. This notice is provided pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 287.
No license or right in any intellectual property is granted to you through use of the Site. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
6. Site Use and Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the Site’s operation or security; (c) scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means; (d) misrepresent your identity or age; or (e) resell products purchased from the Site without our written authorization.
7. User Content and Reviews
If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant GreenWay Tanasi, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You represent that your submissions are accurate, reflect your genuine experience, and do not infringe any third party’s rights. We may remove any user content at our discretion, including content that makes disease or drug claims about our products.
8. Tanasi Loyalty and Rewards Program
The Tanasi Rewards Program (the “Program”) is offered by GreenWay Tanasi, LLC and is void where prohibited by law. By participating, you agree to these Terms and any Program-specific rules published on the Site.
- Participation is valid only on tanasi.com; points and rewards may be earned and redeemed only on tanasi.com.
- No purchase is required to join. Customers who create an account with a valid username and password are automatically enrolled. Guest checkout purchases do not earn points.
- Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and expire as stated in Program rules published on the Site.
- We reserve the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Program, or any individual’s participation, at any time in our sole discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent activity (e.g., multiple accounts, false referrals).
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN OUR MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREENWAY TANASI, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreenWay Tanasi, LLC and its members, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes to the Rewards Program will be communicated as required by law.
