How To Use
CALM: Tinctures provide a highly customizable dosage that can help provide a sense of calm. Much like the drink concentrate, 3 daily doses of 10-20mg CBD+CBDA under the tongue can help keep you even-keeled throughout the day. For the average person, 10mg (3 times a day) is a good starting dose, but continue to increase the dosage every 1-2 days until you find the amount that is right for you.
RELIEF: The key to maximizing results for all product types is consistent daily use. Depending on your size and magnitude of need, pick a starting dose to take each night before bed. For the average person and need, we recommend starting with 40mg a night for 3-5 days. If you aren’t feeling relief increase to 60-80mg a night for 3-5 days.
REST: For the average person we recommend starting with 40mg a night for 2-3 days. If you aren’t sleeping better, increase it to 60-80mg a night. Place the tincture under your tongue and hold it for 30-90 seconds to increase absorption. Take the tincture 30-45 minutes before bed.
📌 One thing to remember is that consistency is critical! With how your body absorbs CBD+CBDA into its system, committing to a daily regime is important. How much should I take?

How long does a CBD Tincture Need to Take Effect?
When you use a tincture sublingually, it takes between 15 and 45 minutes for CBD+CBDA to kick in. Effects usually peak at around 90 minutes. However, if you swallow the dose, expect the effects to kick in after an hour, similar to conventional edibles.

What is cannabidiol (CBD) exactly?
Cannabidiol, better known as CBD, is a phytocannabinoid discovered in 1940. It is one of 100+ identified cannabinoids in cannabis plants, and accounts for up to 40% of the plant’s extract.
What is cannabidiolic-acid (CBDA) exactly?
Cannabidiolic-acid (CBDA) is also a cannabinoid found in cannabis plants. CBDA is the chemical precursor to CBD and is basically the “raw form” of CBD. When CBDA is heated it decarboxylates and converts to CBD.
How is hemp different from marijuana?
“Hemp” and “marijuana” are terms used to describe varieties of the Cannabis Sativa L. plant. Hemp has very low levels of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and higher levels of cannabidiol (CBD).
