Shipping and Return Policy Shipping:

GreenWay Herbal Products, LLC and it’s Tanasi brand use third party shippers (ie; FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) depending on availability in your area. The timing of shipping your order depends on your choice of shipping option. Orders received after 4:00 PM Central Time Monday-Friday are processed on the next business day.   All shipped items must be evaluated for damage at time of delivery. If products are damaged, please call (800) 395-7976 within 48 hours of receipt. Any damaged products must be returned and received by GreenWay Herbal Products, LLC before a replacement will be sent. We will provide a shipping label for your return. Please provide a full description of the damages to the product when you call and speak with us.     

Returns/Refunds:

All products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any Tanasi products, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days of original purchase date, we will issue a full refund for the product returned.
