Posted on December 21st, 2022
Self-improvement is a relentless journey that needs a lot of commitment and discipline. Running is one such journey to self-improvement, whether you’re a pro athlete or just a normal person trying to improve your wellbeing. Regardless of your reasons for running, you likely want to cover as much distance as you can and as fast as you can. That’s why runners are keen to pick up on the latest fads and trends that promise to provide an edge.
Tanasi™ CBD + CBDA 1:1 formula has recently come into the spotlight as a popular plant extract or what others call supplements. Some athletes like to include these natural plant compounds into their daily routine. Curious why? Let’s delve into everything you need to know about Tanasi CBD+CBDA 1:1 formulated products and running.
What are Tanasi CBD+CBDA 1:1 formula hemp extracts?
CBD is short for cannabidiol and is among the 100+ phytocannabinoids extracted from the cannabis plant. CBDA is short for cannabidiolic-acid and is all natural from cannabis, or hemp and interacts with the endocannabinoid system of the body.
Many people are discovering products from Tanasi, because they include a patent-pending ratio of CBD +CBDa (cannabidiolic acid, a precursor to CBD) that’s 2X more effective than CBD alone.
We refer to the Tanasi™ CBD+CBDa 1:1 formula as so much more than just CBD! Many Tanasi customers who have used CBD before truly understand the value of Tanasi when they try CBD+CBDA 1:1 formula. Try it yourself, and if you are not 100% satisfied, we Guarantee your purchase within 30 days of purchase.
Will CBD, or CBDA Get You High?
No. It doesn’t work like that. You may be thinking of the cannabinoid cousin ‘THC’ which is the psychoactive component of the cannabis plant. Conversely, although CBD is derived from the same family of plant, we extract our CBD and CBDA from low-THC hemp plants, so it’s non-psychoactive, and you won’t experience the euphoric ‘high’ felt by using marijuana. There could be trace amounts of THC in our products, and we disclose that information in detail with third party lab tests called, The Certificate of Analysis found from the QR code on the label and product box, and the web page where the product description is found.
Even when you try a full-spectrum product, some Tanasi CBD+CBDA formulated products may contain trace amounts of THC (0.3%). And that’s just not enough of a concentration to make you high. It is enough to enter your system and potentially fail a drug test. Please understand, if you are drug tested for your employment, do NOT take any cannabis or hemp products — period. It’s just best to stay away from the possibility of losing your job.
Is CBD and CBDA Legal?
Commercially available Tanasi products that contain CBD and CBDA comes from industrial hemp, which by definition, should not exceed 0.3 percent THC concentration. The 2018 Farm Bill legalized the production and manufacture of industrial hemp. Prior to this, it was classified as a Schedule 1 drug by the federal government; its manufacture and distribution were illicit. Considering that CBD and CBDA are extracted from the cannabis plant, some states still consider its usage illegal. So be sure to check your state regulations and laws about this.
But if you’re a competing runner, you may wonder if this substance is allowed. In terms of sports and athletics, the World Anti-Doping Agency removed CBD derived from hemp from the list of prohibited substances. CBDA is the precursor to CBD and is included in the items removed from the list of prohibited substances!
CBD, CBDA and Running
If running is part of your daily routine, and CBD+CBDA is too, you may enjoy combining these parts of your day. Can’t start your day without your daily dose? Take your supplement when you wake, then head out for a run. Or, try dosing your Tanasi CBD+CBDA after a run and see how your body gets back into regular activity levels. There are so many choices, everyone can find something that works for them!
How to Use Tanasi CBD+CBDA for Running
Hemp extracted CBD+CBDA products from Tanasi are available in various forms, including softgels, water-soluble drink concentrates, topical applications, and tinctures. And just like any other supplement, you will have to know how to ingest Tanasi CBD+CBDA to achieve your desired results.
The first tip we can offer is to maintain consistency. You may not notice any effects if you use the Tanasi CBD+CBDA product just once. But if you establish a regular routine, then take a break for a few days, you might notice a difference in how you feel. The goal is to feel great, without limitations, and that might be relief from a sore muscle, or relief from sore feet from running long distances.
There are various options you can use to consume Tanasi CBD+CBDA. Some of the methods include:
Sublingual Drops or Tincture
This refers to placing Tanasi CBD+CBDA under the tongue. When you take CBD oil sublingually, let it sit in your mouth for a while before swallowing it. This action allows for the molecules to absorb into your body through your mouth. The most effective way to deliver molecules to your body is through your mouth and cells within.
Water-Soluble Drink Concentrate
This is a great option for combining Tanasi CBD+CBDA and running, since you can even add some Tanasi drink concentrate to your energy drink and sip while you’re logging your miles! We do recommend a before or after routine, not a during running routine. A little can go a long way, and Tanasi isn’t meant for all day consumption.
This external application is an alternative to using sublingual drops. Apply Tanasi CBDA+CBD topicals to the skin for targeted effects instead of a full-body experience.
These Tanasi softgels may come in a bovine softgel pill form. They are a convenient way to carry and consume Tanasi CBD+CBDA 1:1 formula. This form offers similar effects to a tincture but may offer runners the convenience of precise dosing. The Tanasi CBD+CBDA 1:1 formula softgels come in either MCT Oil, or Omega Fatty Acid (DHA and EPA) wild Alaskan fish oil.
However, other popular methods of taking Tanasi CBD+CBDA 1:1 formula include blending the drink concentrate into smoothies or coffee, carb drinks, protein shakes, or taking Tanasi gummies. Among the various options available, you are sure to get a source that best suits you.
Given how CBD and CBDA react differently with different people, it’s recommended that you start with a low dose and gradually increase until you find a dosage that works just right for you. Remember, for it to be effective, you’ll have to partake in your dosage consistently.
When to Take Tanasi CBD+CBDA 1:1 formula for Running
As a runner, you may wonder when is the best time to take Tanasi CBD+CBDA 1:1 hemp-extracted cannabinoid formula. This hinges a lot on how your body responds to the CBD+CBDA and your desired effects. Some individuals prefer taking Tanasi CBD+CBDA in the morning or the afternoon, right after meals. Others prefer incorporating Tanasi CBD+CBDA 1:1 formula products into their nightly wind-down routine, so they take a softgel closer to bedtime, or at least in the evening hours.
Your best bet is to experiment with what time of day works well with your running schedule and to consider the effects you’re looking for. After that, play around with timing, delivery method and dose until you decide how to combine Tanasi CBD+CBDA and running in a way that works for your exact schedule.
Research into Tanasi CBD+CBDA and cannabinoids in general and running is still relatively new, so it’s up to all us road warriors to decide what works for our own bodies. Be smart with your experimenting: conduct your research properly and make sure you find a high-quality source from a trusted service provider that can guarantee your purchase. And, be sure to consult with your health care provider before you introduce any cannabis or hemp-extracted cannabinoids into your diet or daily routine.
